GROSVENOR, the Duke of Westminster’s property group behind the £1bn Liverpool One retail centre, has launched a £200m fund aimed at London’s office market.
It aims to buy offices in the capital in need of refurbishment or complete redevelopment, which it will improve for new or existing tenants and sell on.
The Grosvenor London Office Fund II has a seven- year life, and is the group’s first commercial fund launch since 2006.
