VENMORE’S latest Liverpool auction attracted more than 200 people to the city centre Hilton Hotel.
There was a broad mix of properties on offer, including a holiday cottage in Llandudno, a city centre development site and a seven-bedroom house in Newsham Park that went for £90,000.
Venmore reports that 65% of the residential lots were sold. Nick Ball, from the firm, said: “Despite the national reports of a dip in interest, we saw the opposite. This time round, we had over 500 viewings.”
