MERSEYSIDE and Wirral Property Landlords Action Group, is changing its name to Merseyside and Wirral Property Landlords Business Support Group.
There will be no joining or membership fee. The group will provide free guidance to both “accidental” and inexperienced landlords on property letting, their legal obligations, and information on current electrical fire and gas safety regulations.
Meetings are to be held twice a month in New Brighton.
