RUSSELLS Construction has been awarded the £2.2m contract for the refurbishment of a 35,000 sq ft office building at Atlantic Park, in Bootle.
Landowner Royal London Asset Management and development management partner Industrial Securities, awarded the deal to the Trafford-based contractor.
Work has begun on the six-month remodelling project at Caspian House.
It is part of the 800,000 sq ft mixed use business park, which is located to the north of Liverpool.
