GROSVENOR’S One Park West development has secured its latest commercial tenant – independent Italian eaterie Prego.
It is the first restaurant to open at the mixed-use development which comprises 326 apartments and nine commercial units, including a 24-hour gym.
Dan Symonds, development executive at Grosvenor, said: “You often find a lot of chain restaurants in the city centre, so Prego was an excellent choice for the building, as it offers something a bit different as an independent restaurant specialising in traditional Italian cooking.
“The opening of another high-quality lifestyle offering at One Park West is a significant indicator of how far we have come. Gone are the days when buildings are developed in isolation.”
