LIVERPOOL construction firm Nobles has won a £2.4m deal to redevelop a bus station in Speke.
The company was awarded the contract by Merseyside bus operator Arriva.
The project will include the building of a main depot, two-storey office accommodation for administrators and bus drivers and fuelling facilities.
Phil Stone, Arriva North West’s regional manager, said: “This is a very important project for Arriva. The aim is to provide a clean, safe, modern working environment that both Arriva North West and our employees can be proud of. We hope this project is a success.”
The contract forms part of a £3.9m investment by Arriva to redevelop the depot.
