KNIGHT FRANK has been instructed, on behalf of Commercial Development Projects, to dispose of the last remaining unit at Tiger Court, two Grade II-listed buildings and additional development land at Kings Business Park, Knowsley.
The park is close to the M57 and M62 motorways. Occupiers include National Lottery operator Camelot, Knowsley Housing Trust, Duncan Gibbins Solicitors, Compass Costs and Balfour Beatty.
Knight Frank is marketing a new-build office comprising 4,182 sq ft and two Grade II-listed buildings – Hazel’s House and The Stables.
There is an additional five acres of land being offered on a design and build basis.
The two listed properties, situated to the front of the site, can be adapted to suit a variety of uses including a care home and offices.
John Brown, surveyor at Knight Frank’s Liverpool office, said: “This instruction is the latest in a long list of schemes, which we have working on with Commercial Development Projects.”
