LABOUR Party leader Ed Miliband MP will address delegates on the importance of small firms, at the Federation of Small Businesses’ (FSB) annual conference in Liverpool in March.
The conference, on March 19 to 17 at the BT Convention Centre, will see an all-party line-up including a video address by the Prime Minister, David Cameron, and a direct speech from Mr Miliband.
As effects of the public sector cuts truly begin to show with VAT and fuel duty rises, unemployment at 2.5m and GDP moving back into negative territory, small businesses will be looking to these politicians to see how they will nurture entrepreneurship and help small businesses grow, innovate and take on new staff.
Delegates will also have the chance to talk directly with Small Business Minister, Mark Prisk, who will be running an exclusive small business surgery.
Business Secretary Vince Cable MP has been invited to take to the podium to complete the all-party line-up.
