PETER Sissons, the Liverpool-born broadcaster, will chair a panel of political speakers in a Question Time-style debate, at the Federation of Small Businesses’ (FSB) Annual Conference in March.
The conference, from March 17-19 at the BT Convention Centre in Liverpool, will have an all-party line-up to answers questions from small businesses on any topic.
The panel will includeLuciana Berger MP (Lab), Jake Berry MP (Con), Gordon Birtwistle MP (Lib Dem), Brian Binley MP (Con) and Mike Cherry, FSB’s UK Policy chair.
More than 750 delegates will have the chance to put questions to the panel and join in the debate.
John Allan, FSB Merseyside, West Cheshire and Wigan regional chair, said: “It’s fantastic to have Peter joining us and Luciana on the panel.
“This debate will be a prime opportunity for small businesses to see how the political parties will help them as they grow, innovate and help rebuild the economy in a difficult year ahead.”
