PROPERTY consultant GVA has been appointed as joint agent at Lingley Mere Business Park – a joint venture between United Utilities and Muse Developments.
The company will work alongside Manchester-based chartered surveyors Edwards & Co and will look to secure tenants for the business park.
Located next to Junction 8 of the M62 in Warrington, Lingley Mere currently provides 380,000 sq ft of office accommodation within 100 acres of parkland.
The park benefits from outline planning consent for a further 400,000 sq ft of office space, a 132 bedroom hotel and 150,000 sq ft of distribution space.
