KIMPTON, from Bromborough, has won a building services design and installation contract on the latest student accommodation block for Liverpool.
The London Road development is on the former site of the Windsor pub which was demolished to make way for the construction of a high- specification, 100-unit student residential block, called Windsor Court, by university accommodation specialist Ocon Construction.
The scheme is due for completion in August, in time for the return of students this September.
Ocon commercial director Rob Bratt said: “Kimpton has a good track record for this type of scheme and a solid reputation in the Liverpool area.”
