LIVERPOOL Innovation Park (LIP) operator Space North West is investing £4.5m on a new reception and networking hub for the Edge Lane site.
Warrington-based interior design group Claremont will create and fit out the new facility, which will benefit more than 70 tenants.
It will enable them to receive guests, meet like-minded entrepreneurs, exhibit products and services, and access professional business support services.
Innovation manager at LIP, Mark Tock, said: “It’s crucial that we create a reception with real presence and Claremont’s design will help us do that while creating the perfect atmosphere for both business deals and informal networking to be done.” Claremont managing director Richard Turner added: “We are confident that this striking reception and networking hub will provide a welcome and practical facility for tenants and visitors alike.”
Space North West is a joint venture between the Northwest Development Agency and Ashtenne Industrial Fund.
