JOHN Lewis Liverpool has appointed Dan Cooke, 36, as its managing director, from May 1.
He was previously regional director for the Black’s retail group and has worked at fashion retailer Peacock’s and department store Debenhams.
Mr Cooke said: “The transformation of the city over the past few years and the relocation of John Lewis to Liverpool One have established the city’s reputation as a world class shopping destination. It's a great-looking branch filled with inspiring products and dedicated partners.”
