WIDNES transport group Suttons is investing almost £1m on improving its UK trailer fleet.
It includes a £500,000 order for 35 new units and a further £300,000 to refurbish 55 trailers.
The new trailers will be delivered in September and will be used to move tank containers to and from UK ports and railheads and making customer deliveries.
Group managing director Andrew Palmer said: “This is another significant investment in new equipment, as the company continues to win new business and grow.”
