Bruntwood creates floor of serviced space at The Plaza

BRUNTWOOD is to open up a floor of refurbished office space at The Plaza, in Liverpool city centre.

The firm says demand for serviced offices at The Plaza has always been strong, with the centre fully occupied for the last 12 months.

It has refurbished 86 workstations on the 6th floor following the recent vacation of the Home Office.

The Plaza combines two floors of serviced office space alongside 12 floors of conventional office space and ground floor meeting rooms.

Customers have the flexibility to expand within the serviced space or take a conventional lease elsewhere in The Plaza, or in any one of Bruntwood’s 101-building portfolio.

Sales director Andrew Butterworth said: “Despite the fact that we added an additional floor last year, demand for our serviced offices has always been strong.

“It benefits from being in an excellent location with some fantastic views.

“We are confident that this new space will let quickly and we will continue to deliver high quality space with a strong customer focus.”

Bruntwood’s serviced office portfolio has 2,000 desks across 12 buildings in Liverpool, Manchester, Knutsford, Cheadle, Warrington, Altrincham, Leeds and Birmingham.
