KNIGHT Frank has been appointed by Cedar Assets to market Megaspace, an industrial unit in Deeside Industrial Park.
Located in First Avenue, the scheme comprises a self-contained manufacturing industrial unit together with additional two-storey office accommodation measuring 94,736 sq ft.
The accommodation can also be divided to provide two self-contained units.
The park itself is home to occupiers including Toyota, Iceland Foods and BASF.
