PROPERTY firm Sutton Kersh is to expand its commercial team into Liverpool city centre.
The department will now share the firm’s Exchange Street East branch with the residential staff in addition to its Cotton Street base.
Sutton Kersh has completed a number of city centre deals over the past couple of years.
Recent transactions include the sale of 82-84 Duke Street for £650,000, the rental of retail unit 2 at 110-112 Bold Street for an average of £50,000 per year and unit 3 for £37,500, both for a term of five years.
The firm also completed the sale of a mixed investment opportunity at 181-185 London Road, and the rental of a restaurant unit at 79 Bold Street.
Sutton Kersh director , Jonathan Owen, who heads up the department, said: “The last few years have thrown up some of the toughest market conditions I have ever witnessed.
“We feel that having a high street presence in the heart of the business district will be of great benefit to the department.”
