THE property management arm of Smith and Sons has opened a new office to focus solely on the company’s management of some 2,500 residential properties.
The office will be based at the firm’s Hamilton Square headquarters, and will sit independently from the rest of the business.
Smith and Sons property management arm offers a full range of support services for owners including arrangement of lettings, maintenance of properties, rent collection and advisory services, tenancy deposit schemes and overall property management.
The company acts on behalf of clients ranging from large property portfolios and private investors to sole owners with a single property, many of whom are based outside the immediate Merseyside area.
Todd Miller, partner at Smith and Sons, said: “We felt that, as we continue to grow, it is important that our clients and their tenants are able to call in and see us and discuss any issues on both a planned and casual basis and the new office enables us to do this.”
