DEVELOPER Peel has announced plans for 268 new homes in Speke in a joint venture with housebuilder Barratt Homes.
The partnership has submitted proposals for Peel-owned land off Speke Hall Avenue where a new Dobbies garden centre has recently opened. Building is hoped to start in early in 2012.
Peel Land and Property director Louise Morrissey, said:Š“The early delivery of this development will help maintain the recovery of the house building industry and provide much-needed employment opportunities.”
