A MEDIA company has let space at the City Point office development, in Liverpool, taking the occupancy rate up to 70%.
The letting, which was secured by agents Mason Owen, means there are now only four suites remaining at the development in Great Homer Street.
Imperial Media Services, which publishes the “Think Safe” magazine, has taken 1,500 sq ft of Grade A office space.
Michael Smith, Imperial managing director, said: “The new space means we have the opportunity to grow and bring in more staff.”
