TOXTETH firm RS Clare clinched two accolades at the 10th EN North West Entrepreneurs Awards Dinner, at The Mere Golf and Country Club.
The specialist lubricants maker and Liverpool’s oldest manufacturer, now in its 264th year, was voted Family Business of the Year and Manufacturer of the Year.
Chairman Ian Meadows said: “We’ve made a bit of a habit of winning awards over the past century, but what really matters is the team who are qualified, innovative, customer- focused and are rapidly becoming stars.
“I’m very proud of them all.”
He also recently awarded Employee of the Year status to Richard Grantham, who has been with the firm for 15 years.
