Days Inn Liverpool exceeds early expectations

DAYS Inn Liverpool says it has exceeded its projected occupancy rates for its first six months by 30%.

The hotel, located in Liverpool city centre, opened in April 2011 and is also reporting an 8% increase on projected sales and a 6% rise on expected profit.

Management at the 154-bedroom hotel in James Street say that the positive numbers are down to consistently strong levels of leisure visitors, further boosted by a strong conference season and increasing numbers of corporate guests.

General manager Paris D’Allessandro said: “When we opened, we knew that we were bringing something different to the city’s hotel mix.”
