LEADING property adviser GVA has appointed James McGivern to work out of its Liverpool office on the firm’s land and development team
He joins the team from Liberty Properties and brings a great deal of development expertise across a range of sectors.
Mr McGivern’s primary role at GVA is to focus on providing development advice, as well as site acquisition and disposal services.
GVA director David Sayer said: “ There are an increasing number of land acquisition and development opportunities in the North West now, so there was a real requirement for expansion within the team.”
