SERVICED office provider YSes is taking an entire floor – 13,000 sq ft – at Liverpool’s 20 Chapel Street office development.

YSes, which provides serviced office space across the UK, and which also operates from Il Palazzo in nearby Water Street, is expanding its operation by taking the entire 2nd floor of 20 Chapel Street. It will provide space for small firms and start-ups.

YSes will join the growing list of tenants who have already taken space at 20 Chapel Street, including Liverpool Football Club, Barclays Corporate, Barclays Wealth, Bank of Ireland, Broadway Malyan, Ernst & Young, Panmure Gordon, Charles Stanley Financial Services, Plexus Cotton, Fujitsu and BO Concept.

The firm is in the process of fitting out its space, and aims to be fully operational by December.

YSes’s national property consultant, Charlotte Murphy, told LDP Business: “We are proud to be able to expand the unsurpassable service that YSes has become synonymous with in the industry in this iconic building.”

20 Chapel Street is owned by Rumford Investments, where director Mike Stares said: “We are delighted to welcome YSes to 20 Chapel Street, where I am confident they will complement our existing tenants in the provision of market-leading services.

“Interest in the remaining space in the building remains high, and we hope to announce more lettings before the end of 2011.”
