PROPERTY group Bruntwood has secured four lettings totalling nearly 9,000 sq ft in two of its south Sefton buildings.
Geodis Wilson UK, Clarion Advocates, Sencia and Ingeus UK have agreed deals in offices in Bootle and Seaforth.
One of the world’s largest freight management companies, Geodis Wilson UK has increased its office size to 2,515 sq ft on the third floor at Burlington House on a 10-year lease.
Recruitment agency Ingeus UK is moving into a 3,826 sq ft suite on the ground floor of St Hughs, Bootle, on a five-year lease.
Training service provider Senica has also signed a four-year lease for 1,500 sq ft of space, while Leeds-based solicitors firm Clarion Advocates has expanded its North West office and moved into a 1,100 sq ft office in the building on a three-year lease.
Colin Forshaw, head of sales at Bruntwood, said: “The recent spate of lettings is testament to the value Bruntwood offers outside of the city centre.
“Companies are realising they don’t have to rent in the heart of the city to receive the best deal – as such, we are pleased to welcome a series of new lettings at St Hughs and Burlington House.”
Julie Murphy, senior advocate at Clarion Advocates, said: “Our Liverpool office has been extremely successful and as such we have had to expand.
“As a legal firm, St Hugh’s was the perfect location for our new office, as it is close to the courts and is easily accessible to the city centre.”
Bruntwood owns nine office buildings in Liverpool city centre, including the Cotton Exchange, Oriel Chambers and flagship building The Plaza.
It specialises in flexible leases and offers offices from 200 sq ft upwards across its property portfolio.
