MERSEYSIDE property auctioneer Sutton Kersh is preparing for its final auction of the year this week.
The event will take place on Thursday, Deecember 8, at the Liverpool City Centre Marriott Hotel.
The catalogue comprises 66 properties including two former pubs and a vacant residential property in Rodney Street.
Sutton Kersh is hoping to continue the success achieved at its October auction when 85% of the 65 properties available were sold for a total in excess of £2.6m.
So far, five residential properties and one commercial unit have sold prior to the auction.
Cathy Holt, auction manager at Sutton Kersh, said: “The market has been relatively steady this year. We had a great result in October and we are hoping for the same again.
“There are lots of cheap deals up for grabs, and with the next auction not due to take place until February next year, we are hoping investors and potential home buyers will be out in full force.”
