THE Liverpool Post is partnering with the organisers of this year’s Big Chip Awards to help uncover our top digital talent.
The awards honour firms from throughout the north of England who excel in the use of digital technology. Entries are open to digital and creative agencies and any organisation or business which has undertaken digital initiatives in the past year.
That could include anything from a website to digital marketing or an iPhone app. Entries will also be accepted for projects under way for more than a year, but which hit important milestones in the past year.
A new category is Best Use of Gaming, acknowledging the growing importance of gaming in digital work.
The awards are also being supported by the Post’s sister titles, the Manchester Evening News and the Newcastle Journal. Post editor, Mark Thomas, said: “The digital and creative sector is of huge importance to the regional economy, and these awards are a great chance for firms to spread the message about their products, services and achievements.”
