DIGITAL agency Studio Mashbo has helped breast cancer support group the Lily Centre to launch a website to promote its work.
Mashbo was founded late last year from a merger between Liverpool agencies It’s About Websites (IAW) and Telanorth. It aims to focus its work on charities and the voluntary sector.
The Lily Centre’s new site uses Mashbo’s bespoke content management system, giving centre founders Peggy O’Brien and Winnie Keating full control over its content.
Mashbo’s Gavin Sherratt now plans to help the centre promote its work through social media. He said: “Working with Peggy, Winnie and the Lily Centre’s members has been an enjoyable experience, which has given us a great insight into how the charity works.
“We are now focusing on developing their outward communication to raise awareness of their work and the accessibility of the centre for those in the region who need help and support while undergoing treatment for breast cancer.
“We also want them to talk more about their events and their fund-raising activities, which is a part of our focus with all of the charities and good causes that we work with.”
