A VIDEO games firm founded by a former senior programmer at Bizarre Creations has updated its “game full of love” in time for Valentine’s Day.
Dr Danny Pearce founded Grubby Hands last year after the closure of Speke-based Bizarre. His first title, boxing game David Haye’s Knockout, topped the sports chart on Apple’s App Store.
Its latest title, Boy Loves Girl, sees a boy chase his love round the world. It was first launched last year, but Grubby Hands has just released an updated version with “more colourful and crisp” graphics.
To complete the game, Dr Pearce says players have to “master more than 50 lovely levels and complete over 100 charming challenges”.
