JEFF Randles, of the Warrington-based industrial division of Capita Symonds, has won the chief executive of the year accolade at the 2012 gas industry awards in London.
The Society of British Gas Industries and Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers event attracts more than 700 industry professionals.
Mr Randles was co-founder, with Les Ireland, of Multi- Tech Contracts in 1990, which was bought by Capita Symonds in 2009.
Mr Randles said: “It’s a great honour to be recognised by my peers, especially as I am in the process of handing over the managing director’s position of Capita Symonds Industrial and looking forward to a part-time role.”
