CHESTER-based identity management specialist GB Group said its DataAuthentication and DataSolutions businesses are both trading well, in an update today.
It added that both businesses are trading ahead of the previous year and, accordingly, the board anticipates that the results for the year ending March 31, 2013, will be in line with current market expectations.
It will announce its full year results early in June, it said.
GB comprises four strands: ID Verification which provides the ability to verify consumers’ identities to combat ID fraud and money laundering; ID Customer Registration, for quick and accurate customer registration and validation of records; ID Engagement Services, which allow clients to better understand, target, and retain their customers; and ID Tracing Services, which provide a picture of the UK’s population and properties to locate and contact the right person, first time.
GB said: “This enables our clients to make informed business decisions based on a thorough knowledge of consumer identity and behaviour, leading to more effective communication and interaction with customers.”
