Site set to attract interest

A MIXED-USE development opportunity near to Liverpool city centre has been put on the market with a £1.5m guide price.

The site in St Anne Street has full planning permission for the demolition of an existing warehouse and office building, and the construction of a development providing a mix of light industrial, retail, office and residential space.

Graham Bowling, of agent Knight Frank’s Liverpool office, believes the location of the site and the planning consent will attract widespread interest from developers.

He said: “We believe this is potentially a very interesting development opportunity. The St Anne Street site has full planning permis- sion for a mixed-use development very close to the amenities of Liverpool city centre.”

The half-acre site is being offered freehold. Planning permission was granted last March for a part three-storey, part five-storey mixed-use development.
