Company finds space to grow

A COMPANY providing consultancy and sales services for football clubs and sponsors in Europe, South America and Asia is the latest tenant to sign up for space at Yorkshire House in Liverpool city centre.

The office building in Chapel Street has been refurbished in a joint venture between Faircroft Properties, Arrowcroft and Ethel Austin Properties to provide 30,000 sq ft of space.

Stellar Group has agreed to take 1,585 sq ft on the ground floor on a 10 year lease.

Last month construction and management consultants Turner and Townsend also agreed to move there.

Dave Lockwood, managing director of Stellar Group, said: “Stellar needed a large enough office to encompass our growing workforce, as well as a prime location from which to cement our position in the north of England at both a regional, national and international level.

“With excellent access to the airport, making it easy for our international clients to reach us and high speed train services to London Euston taking under three hours, Liverpool is an ideal location.”
