SUTTON Kersh sold 50% of its 68 lots on offer at its final Liverpool property auction of the year , generating more than £2.5m.
The firm added that some post-auction sales were still to complete.
Last week it was revealed the number of residential lots sold at auction in the UK in November was up by 40% year-on-year.
The Essential Information Group (EIG) reported that auctions are soaring in popularity compared to selling houses through the conventional estate agency route, down by half in November.
