Two new tenants for Riverside Park development within Wirral International Business Park in Bromborough

TWO new lettings totalling more than 8,000 sq ft have been secured at Riverside Park – a development in Wirral International Business Park in Bromborough.

Advisor Plus has taken an additional 4,000sq ft to assist the growth of its business and Wirral PCT has taken an additional 4,300sq ft as home to its GP Out-of-Hours Service call centre.

Adviser Plus operate its national Service Delivery Centre from Riverside Park and now occupies 10,000sq ft.

Set within a well-established business area which has already attracted many world-leading brands, Riverside Park enjoys views across the River Mersey to the Liverpool waterfront and will, when fully complete, provide 250,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation.

Merseyside agents Smith & Sons have been appointed on the Riverside Park development.

Appointed by developer Riverside Park, Smith & Sons will act as joint agents on the scheme along with existing agents Mason Owen.

Tenants currently residing on Riverside Park include Lees Lloyd Whitley, Adviser Plus Business Solutions and Wirral Primary Care Trust ((PCT) Condition Management Programme.

Riverside Park buildings boast new reception areas, air conditioning and high quality finishes throughout, within a carefully landscaped setting, which complements the surrounding waterside and country parkland.
