ACTING on behalf of CDP, Knight Frank has completed a letting at Tiger Court, in Knowsley, to Duncan Gibbins Solicitors.
Tiger Court forms part of Kings Business Park, a facility located immediately off Junction 2 of the M57 motorway.
The scheme provides 37,300 sq ft of new build accommodation in units ranging from 3,103 sq ft to 5,166 sq ft, available both on a sale and letting basis.
The solicitor has taken 8,318 sq ft of office accommodation on a 10-year lease on a leasehold basis.
