Sith and Sons to hold final auction of 2009

WIRRAL-BASED Smith and Sons will hold its final auction of 2009 on November 25 at the Village Hotel in Bromborough.

The firm is offering 27 which will include a number of residential properties requiring refurbishment, all of which are priced to reflect current market conditions and the need for some improvement. The residential investments include four cottages close to Eastham Country Park, two with views over adjacent woodland.

Also on offer is The Travellers’ Rest, in New Brighton. A former public house, this seafront property is suitable for a variety of commercial and residential purposes.
