WIRRAL property firm Smith & Sons will put 25 lots under the hammer at its latest auction later this month.

The sale will be held at the Village Hotel, in Bromborough, on Tuesday, February 23.

On offer is a mix of commercial and residential properties.

An eight-bed semi-detached property in Newsham Park, Liverpool, with a guide price of £55,000 – £65,000, requiring extensive modernisation and renovation works, is available.

Two separate lots of large adjoining properties in Balls Road, in Birkenhead, offer “great investment potential” with an income already in place. There are also plans available to refurbish one of the properties into six flats.

A former coach house in the centre of Neston is available, while the Travellers Rest public house and flats, in New Brighton, will feature with a guide price of £240,000 – £260,000.

Situated directly opposite the major regeneration works now started in New Brighton, Smith & Sons believes this offers an opportunity for future capital growth.
