PRIORITY Sites is reporting three lettings at its Dakota Business Park, in Speke, totalling almost 5,000 sq ft.

Managing director Antony Greenberg said: “We felt that a move from the urban environment of Allerton Road, in south Liverpool, to a high-class commercial setting, was important in helping to represent where we are as a company, and Dakota Business Park has fitted the bill perfectly.”
Located in Skyhawk Avenue, off the A561, Dakota offers access to Liverpool John Lennon Airport, the Runcorn Bridge and to the M57 and M62 motorways.
Phil Haslam, senior development manager for Priority Sites, said: “The demand for units is testimony to the quality of the product that we have on offer at Dakota Business Park, and we are delighted to welcome all our recent new tenants and assist in the delivery of their product.
“Our competitive rental terms are also proving attractive to business with introductory rents available from only £1 per sq ft.”
Priority Sites is a national commercial development joint venture owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland and The Homes and Communities Agency. The company has brought to market more than 3.5m sq ft of commercial accommodation.
