URBAN Splash has announced two deals across its Liverpool portfolio.
Web company MW Internet Solutions has agreed to take 2,585 sq ft at the Matchworks development in Garston. The site is already home to a number of creative sector firms.
Urban Splash has also completed a deal to let 1,386 sq ft of space at Mersey House, also on the Matchworks site, to fashion importer Four Trading BV.
It means that the building is now 75% let following a relaunch last year when it was refurbished to create flexible, affordable office space.
Lynn Haime, Urban Splash associate director, said: “To complete 4,000 sq ft of deals so early in the year has put us in good stead for the year ahead.
“We’re particularly pleased with the Mersey House deal, which means that just a quarter of space remains at the building.
“In the 12 months since we launched our managed office space there, it has been a great success for attracting businesses looking for flexible short-term lets.”
