LANGTREE has announced a further deal for its self-contained offices at Mere Grange in St Helens.
Keller Geotechnique has taken a 2,374 sq ft office on a five-year lease.
Keller is a specialist in the restricted access piling and ground engineering market. Its deputy managing director, Philip Ball, said: “Following the recent restructuring of our business we felt we had outgrown our existing premises in St Helens but wanted to remain in the town, so Mere Grange was the ideal choice for us.”
The first phase of Mere Grange, a joint venture with the Homes and Communities Agency, is a 34,000 sq ft office development of 10 speculative buildings.
