ORBIT Developments has let 26,637 sq ft at Aintree Racecourse Business Park in Ormskirk Road to Toolstation, Dibro and Kier Building Maintenance.
Existing tenant Dibro has expanded its operation from 11,021 sq ft, taking an additional 16,693 sq ft on a lease until 2016.
New tenants Kier Building Maintenance and trade counter operator Toolstation have taken 5,944 sq ft and 4,000 sq ft respectively.
David Mawson, regional managing director at Kier Building Maintenance, said: “As a building support services provider for One Vision Housing in Sefton, it was of paramount importance that we were located within the Merseyside area.”
