ABTEK Biologicals has taken the 3,038 sq ft Unit 7 at Priority Sites’ Brookfield Business Park, in Aintree, on a five-year lease.
Abtek is established in the field of disc manufacture, and is also a developer of antibiotic susceptibility testing products and selective media supplements.
Managing director Bob Turner said: “We looked at a number of sites in Liverpool and found Brookfield Business Park to be the location which most suited our requirements, in terms of its access to the transport network and its close proximity to sources of employment.
“The building is also secure, well insulated, light and airy, which provides a comfortable ambience.”
Jonathan Lowe, surveyor at agent GVA, added: “This latest letting takes Brookfield Business Park up to over 70% let, highlighting the quality of industrial accommodation available and further underpinning the Park as a well-established North West business location.”
