WIRRAL-BASED Smith and Sons has announced details of its forthcoming property auction, offering a mix of residential refurbishment opportunities and investments across Wirral and Liverpool.
To be held on September 7, at the Village Hotel in Bromborough, a total of 27 lots will be available on the day. These include residential refurbishment opportunities ideal either for first-time buyers or for investors/builders with scope for resale.
Auctioneer Chris Johnson said: “This catalogue has already attracted a good level of interest and we feel that there are several good opportunities.”
