VENMORE will offer 75 lots at its latest Liverpool property auction – its highest number this year.
The event, to be held on Wednesday, September 14, at 1pm at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool One, will offer a variety of lots including residential, commercial, and many development opportunities for landlords and investors.
Nick Ball, head of auctions at Venmore, said: “It is fantastic to see that we have the highest number of lots available for September’s auction.
“It is one of our busiest months in the auction calendar and, with 75 lots on offer, and the rental market becoming increasingly strong, we are excited at the prospect of a packed auction room.”
One property to be featured in the auction is lot 55, a two-storey industrial unit situated just off Derby Road, offering just under 10,000 sq ft split between two open-plan floors, with a guide price of £159,000.
