THE North West Industrial team at CB Richard Ellis has let 27,000 sq ft of industrial space at Unit 7, Glebe Road, in Skelmersdale, on behalf of Quorum Estates.
Warehousing and construction training specialist, SB Training, has acquired the industrial unit on a six-year lease.
The facility will enable the business to amalgamate three existing depots under one roof and provides further space for expansion.
Neil Beaumont, operations director at SB Training, said: “The building fits in with our expansion strategy and is ideally located to allow the business to grow, while continuing to serve our local clients via larger facilities.”
Darren Hill, senior surveyor at CBRE, added: “Aside from being positive news for the market in Skelmersdale, this deal proves that the right building in the right location will still generate demand, despite adverse market conditions.
“The property was perfect for SB Training.”
