Pioneer offers Knowsley SMEs a flexible approach to space

WHAT has been claimed as a new concept in serviced office space has arrived in Knowsley.

Pioneer Offices allows businesses to create their own office space which meets their exact needs.

The venture is based in Moorgate Road, Kirkby, adjacent to the current Delphi Building.

Owners and managers Rockfile are inviting potential tenants to view the premises and discuss how existing open office space could be adapted to work for them.

Once agreed, the company’s in-house team of fit-out specialists will develop that bespoke design and layout.

As the needs of each business grow, the office specification can alter accordingly, allowing the commercial space to change in line with business needs.

IT services are delivered using cloud computing, ensuring high-speed internet access is constantly available, while telephone connection comes to each office via a Mitel IP handset service.

Former London-based Michael Earley and Zenia Chopra, commercial property and serviced office experts respectively, are bringing this concept to Merseyside, having launched a number of similar schemes in the capital.

Ms Chopra said: “This model worked really well for us in central London, where we are able to cater for a huge range of businesses from sole traders up to those employing a workforce of 50 plus.

“At Pioneer Offices, we can offer serviced office space from as little as 140 sq ft up to 12,000 sq ft.”

Car parking, conference and meeting rooms are also available, alongside a fully-serviced reception area.

Ms Chopra added: “Flexibility is the key for us here.

“We want to appeal to a fairly wide market and therefore recognise that we need to meet a broad range of needs if we are to hold mass appeal.

“We are already looking at new and innovative ways to improve our service offering, which will support further planned growth.”
