A KNOWSLEY serviced office centre is adding 50% to its available floorspace, following what it describes as “huge demand”.
Pioneer Offices, in Moorgate Road, Kirkby, now offers 18,000 sq ft of accommodation.
Owner Rockfile says businesses have been attracted to the concept of being able to create their own office space which meets their exact needs, with the option to extend or reduce as the business needs change.
Rockfile managing director Zenia Chopra said: “Pioneer Offices has generated a lot of interest, so much so that we have made a commitment to extend the centre by half.
“From the feedback we’ve had, it seems that businesses are really impressed with the design options of the accommodation.”
