TWO more lettings have been completed at an office development in Bootle.
South Sefton Development Trust has secured deals with People First and Reed in Partnership for a total of 1,560 sq ft of office space at the Investment Centre in Stanley Road.
The building is now more than 80% let with just four office suites – from 780 sq ft to 1,756 sq ft – still available.
National disability charity People First has created its new area office for Sefton in the centre.
The organisation campaigns for the rights of people with learning difficulties.
Reed in Partnership has opened a training suite in the building. The company will use the facility for the various courses it runs.
