AGENTS at Wirral-based Smith and Sons have secured a letting in Prenton for a firm of accountants.
Cheryl Bostock & Co has agreed to take 3,460 sq ft at 395-397 Woodchurch Road.
The firm has relocated its operation to premises in the wake of future expansion and growth plans.
The building, formerly occupied by a legal practice and Halifax Building Society is set over ground, first and second floors and benefits from a retail frontage and eight parking spaces.
Cheryl Bostock has now moved its team of 15 into the premises.
